Pulse

Lagos built strong momentum after a slower start, with field coverage expanding across key Mainland clusters and into the Island by Week 4. Performance improved as the team became more familiar with the market and refined its approach, particularly through tailored pitches and on-site registration support. Hospitality, Manufacturing and Healthcare consistently showed strong interest, while SMEs with active hiring needs remained the strongest prospect segment.

Challenges

Weather remained the most consistent constraint throughout the four weeks, affecting mobility, coverage and time spent with businesses. The team also encountered resistance to sharing business registration documents, reluctance to complete digital registration immediately, limited access to decision-makers and some misconceptions about Jobberman's employer offering. As activation expanded into the Island, the longer sales cycle in some island locations also affected field coverage.
